Position: Inside Sales Representative- Houston, TX
A full time Inside Sales position is available at our Houston, Tx. location. This position will be
responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals for an assigned territory. This motivated
individual must also further develop and be able to build and strengthen long-term
relationships with customers and distributors.
Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
High volume of Outbound and Inbound sales calls
Develops maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales
techniques and knowledge of the company's products, as well as the competition's
strengths/weaknesses.
Builds and maintains quality relationships with existing accounts, and increases account
base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.
Contact customers via telephone and email as frequently as necessary to meet and
surpass profitable sales goals for the company.
Reevaluate work on an ongoing basis to increase market share.
Creates customized proposals (with accounting approval) to meet specific customer
requirements in an efficient manner.
Fulfill customer needs for current literature, catalogs, product pricing, and/ or samples.
Stays abreast of market conditions regarding products, product updates, service
offerings and new technologies through available resources.
Utilizes company leads to expand current customer base and follows up all leads
promptly..
Develop an effective and productive working relationship with Outside Sales
Representatives and regional supervisors.
Complete, submit, and update sale reports DAILY on accounts and contact activity
through
Provides information and/or follows up on customer as requested.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2-3 Years working in Sales
Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements
Ability to sit at a personal computer and make calls throughout the day.
Ability to work independently while also developing strong interpersonal working
relationships.
Ability to demonstrate good time-management and organizational skills.
Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management
skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment.
Experience with MS Office(Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
